You will see from my website that I can offer a range of therapies from hypnotherapy through to simple relaxation exercises for everyday use. If you

feel that your group might be interested, I would be very happy to come along

to speak to your members and should you wish any ‘Taster Sessions’ I would be delighted to arrange this also.

 

I am always more than happy to organise group workshops. If you feel that
