What is stress management?

Almost everyone is familiar with feeling ‘stressed’, under pressure or powerless

to deal with all the demands that life throws our way. However, people

frequently fail to recognise when these pressures are too intense and likely to

lead to ill health. Early signs of this could be changes in behaviour, irritability, insomnia or recurrent minor physical complaints.

The Stress Management Programme is a flexible and adaptable course designed
to help you understand and recognise harmful stress, to appreciate how it
affects mind and body, what your personal triggers are and how you can

become more adept at managing these situations. You will also get a chance to

try self-help techniques in order to find those that suit you best.

Sessions can be offered in a group setting or on a one-to-one basis.

What Does The Programme Include?

Courses are personalised and tailored to meet your individual needs.
